Catherine has a wealth of experience in areas of Family Law, Intervention Orders / Personal Safety Orders, Wills and Deceased Estate.

Catherine has a Masters in Family Law through the College of Law and will shortly complete her Family Law specialisation.

With more than a decade of experience in Family Law prior to establishing N & C Legal Group, Catherine has significant expertise in handing the small matters through to the largest and most complex of disputes in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Catherine’s compassion, empathy and down to earth practical approach enables her to find innovative, practical and supportive solutions to assist her clients to navigate through the many challenging issues that arise in a person’s life and to assist them to move through these difficult periods to achieve the best possible outcome.

Catherine is approachable, calm, understanding and empathetic to her client’s, individual circumstances and diverse needs. She effectively collaborates matters in a cost effective, timely, professional and practical manner.

Her experience, coupled with her being a mother enables her to understand the demands that are placed on a family and she is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for her client’s and their family.

Catherine has a passion for justice and assisting clients through the emotional, financial, personal trauma and confusion they may experience when they first separate.

With a passion for communication and helping people, Catherine utilises her experience and professional approach to develop strong relationships and obtain cost effective results and, where appropriate, she will assertively litigate matters to assist her clients’.

Catherine is involved in a number of organisations that raise money for children and people with disabilities.
